Lsj trifecta tune ?????

I'm going to have a 2.85, and 60# injectors. I was wondering if any one has there tune, and how they like it. Also is there tune safe, and what kind of increase will I see over my stage 2. Plz included any info you deem relevant thanks.

Ya, hope someone chimes in, I don't want to do a crank relearn or downtime like ottp or zzp.

Well I don't have hpt so can't email me a tune. So there would be downtime if I sent in ecu, and relearn if they sent me one. So do you have any personal experience with trifecta?

Bump anyone

Vince at trifecta does very well with LNF tuning, however lsj wise I think it would be a better idea to get a custom tune from a tuner with hptuners. Canned tunes can be "decent" and will "get you by" however if you want the most out of your car, a custom tune will always be the best.

yes i do, you dont need anything, he can send you what you need...aka, you know you will be needing a tune, so you order the gt tuner, he sends it to you, that allows you to upload and datalog to your car so he can customize your tune

and no trifecta tune is canned unless you let it be, if you dont datalog so he can get info after the initial tune and then update...that is your fault, he includes that for free as a part of the tuning process.

For a canned tune I would have to go with ottp. Ottp asks a lot of questions before sending out a canned tune, the reason they do this is to dial in exactly how the tune should be configured. I don't like the way Vince at trifecta struggles with tuning 60lb injectors personally. I have cleaned up and fixed a lot of his tunes. I have talked to him many a times and hes a great guy, but personally I think his best work is left on the LNF's. I also personally hate zzp, I can not stand them. So my opinion is a little bit biased but I have seen a few tune files from zzp and there are a few things that I dislike with them. Nothing is necessarily "wrong" that they do, just not how it should be done so to speak. Ottp would be my number one choice over all for a canned tune though. If your interested I will be down in that area fairly soon, I would be able to tune you if ya want =D.

Also on a side note now that I look at one of zzp's tunes, I notice that they run there canned tunes a little bit on the richer side, which is smart but will foul up the plugs quicker and you wont see as much of a power gain. Also there timing tables are sub par at best.

The bias against zzp is even worse, I can't stand them. I give credit where credit is due though, I think the lnf trifecta tunes are amazing, but thats that.

i've seen that too ive seen and ridden in many a car he has tuned and NEVER had any problems or heard of any problems lol, all issues people raise is their own fault for not telling him all mods, not data logging, etc...
