So i bought 42lb GM injectors off of craigslist but they were used so no tune. Is there any way for me to buy just the tune form anywhere. I also remember reading there was some way to go in and 'pretend' I already had the GM tune but need the update, and that they would do that for a labor charge, is this correct and how do I go about that? thank you!

 

What!??? Dude, The Injectors dont have a Tune, You have to get tuned for them, Weather you buy them used or new has no Impact on anything, Meaning: Even if you bought them New you would still have to get Tuned for them to Function at optimum performance. The Part that gets Tuned is your PCM, Not your Injectors Bro....So in Essence your still gonna need the GM Stage 2 Reflash/Tune and the GM Stage 2-3.0 Pulley AND the GM Stage 2 Belt, You Need to do some Research Man...

 

Ya you can find a tuner on here and have them tuned for your car. I paid 50 for my full injector tune and dont regret it. If you find someone with the same injectors you can copy their tune and itl work good enuf. Good luck
