You need to splice it in. Check out Fast's post on his install of the water injection kit, it shows where he had to splice it in.

I don't think they ever had a different MAF table. Rob said he just tuned it off the base MAf table

So this mod does not work without tuning. HMMM might want to mention that at the beginning so people wont get the wrong impression. Also put a link to where the water meth injection is so people can see how this is installed. I am interested in this but do not feel like splicing wires. Where do you plan on mounting the LT1 MAF?

Just to make shure every one knows it has to be a LS1 or newer MAF Wop also said the new 6.0l vortech engines have them aswell it has to have the intagrated IAT sensor.

Increasing the size of the induction piping will accomplish the same result as installing a higher cap MAF without all the headaches of splicing an LS1 maf into the stock harness imo.

nice man... but I ordered the LS1 maf for the built in IAT and the fact I got it pretty cheap, but with the setup I'm going with I'll def be peggin the sensor out (stock) since I do occasionally when it's cold.

(I'm going turbo with a built motor, ported head, custom cams, so yeah I'll need it)
