Thats because the one they sell is just that. Our is also made in china to our specs and designed for the cobalt. It uses an air to water core and is cheaper than their stage 1 which is inferior. Our unit compares much better to the zzp stage 3 in every area but price and where it's made..... It doesn't really matter where any unit is made though because you could have a **** poor job done just about anywhere and a china core could work better then a usa made core, you just never know.

Mine was beat to **** and warped like a banana after several steep curbs tried to take it out, pulled it off and stepped on the middle of the HE and voila, nice and straight again.

The ZZPs3 is a quality unit

@ottp

Uh, unless you actually care to support locally made products...especially quality ones from reputable competitors of yours.

You guys aren't even looking at the facts. zzp sells chinese heat exchangers and one usa made unit. We sell a chinese heat exchanger and a usa made one. I never once said the zzp stage 3 wasn't quality, just that our chinese unit was better than their chinese units and that it should be compared to the zzp 3 because they are both similar in size and are both air to water cores. Our unit is just cheaper. If you like saving money, buy our stage 1. If you want the best out there buy our stage 2 griffin that is made in usa.

So you're bragging that your china pos h/e is better than zzp's china pos h/e? Really? lol.
Lets get real here, the only things to be compared are the zzp s3 vs your china. See you don't offer a cheap pos then an american made superior model, so therefore we really can only compare your only product to the zzp s3. You keep throwing griffin into the mix but fact of the matter is that is over double the price of zzp s3, and 99% of people don't drive their car hard enough for the minuscule difference that a griffin is going to make over a zzps3. Funniest thing is zzps3 is 220 dollars, i think i'd pay 50 more bucks for something much better just me though.

You say the griffin is almost no gains and that the zzp stage 3 is much better than our stage 1. So lets get real, you obviously like zzp otherwise you would see that you have provided nothing more than biased opinions.

You seem to also think chinese h/e are junk. I bet you half the people who mod their lsj have a chinese unit as they are so readily available.

Facts:

Our stage 1 heat exchanger is slightly bigger than zzp stage 3.

Our griffin is quite a bit bigger than zzp stage 3 and is correctly placed to get the max amount of airflow from fans during sitting or wind during driving.

We sell a chinese and a usa made unit just as zzp does.

The zzp stage 3 is $70 more than our stage 1.

And I'll guarantee you over half the people modding their lsj are cheap ass kids too.
You keep saying that your h/e is larger than zzp's s3, in what way? Liquid capacity, size?
How much does your h/e weigh????????

Not biased I've first hand seen both in person and yes had zzps3 on my car, tuned another car with the ottp. It was a joke to be the least harsh.

Take me to school how? That picture came directly off your website. Sorry you run a **** poor, outdated site. Reflects the company attitude.

OTTP is the worst company to buy stuff from.

I made a thread stating my experience so the company could improve and no one else would be scammed but this site deleted the thread!
I know of too many people who have had problems with OTTP service and policies.

I will be ordering mine from ZZP. Everything I have on my car is from them, (besides springs), and the car is great.

In my honest opinion, OTT is complete trash.
They ship slow as hell, and the biggest factor, they have HORRIBLE customer service. I'm not going to explain my exact incident as there is a time and place for that.

I will say that they fucked me out of like $65 (give or take a few dollars). I wouldn't purchase **** from them if they were the last vendor on earth.

Why would you purchase **** from a company who can't even get back to you about purchasing a $600+ part? What a bunch of retards.

I got OTTP Stg 2 .. Ordered in January.. Still haven't gotten them. ..04-19-2011

I think I'll make a thread about this..
------------------------------------

There are dozens more but OTT has the mods delete them. In my opinion it's just a company that scams customers and pays the forum to delete the negative feedback from customers. Then starts again with newbies.

I've been researching for a while in regards to cooling mods for the LSJ. So, on one of my post everyone pointed out the Griffin HE is the best but there is no data to prove this. Likewise, other pointed out to use the ZZP Stage 3 HE, but there is no data either to prove this.

I even went to the Griffin web site and there is nothing to be found in regards to cooling performance. Same with ZZP.

Now one advantage of the ZZP HE is that installation is easier, and for me, that work pretty much alone, accounts a lot.

I don't have any experience with OTTP, however, one of the guys here in Puerto Rico was not satisfied and didn't recommended OTTP as a vendor. Not going to get into details.
