blower rpm is

(crank pulley size * engine rpm) / blower pulley size

so for a bone stock car...

(6.5" * 6500rpm)/3.35"=~12,612rpm at the blower

gms2 setup

(6.5 * 7000)/3.07=~14,821rpm at the blower
