Me VS. WS6
Nope.

1998-2002 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am WS6
"The V8-powered Pontiac Firebird will always be remembered for leaving the stench of burning rubber at every traffic light. The Firebird Trans Am has the one of the highest horsepower-per-dollar ratio ever - a ratio beaten only by the new supercharged Mustang Cobra. And in WS6 trim, it could pretty much go head-to-head with 75-grand Porsche 911s at the dragstrip. No wonder the Firebird became a cult classic by the time it was discontinued at the end of 2002, along with its Camaro twin.
Available in coupe or convertible form, the Pontiac Firebird Trans Am came standard with a 310 hp V8 engine derived from the Corvette LS1 small block. The Trans Am WS6 is a higher trim level, tuned by F-Body tuners SLP, which added a Ram Air cold air intake, hood scoop and 15 more horses. The WS6 package is also available on the Formula, which is essentially a stripped-down version of the Trans Am. The loaded Trans Am came with an electric driver's seat, rear spoiler, unique front bumper and removable roof panels on the coupe, in addition to the Formula's high-speed tires, sporty suspension and 10-speaker stereo. Transmission choices were a four-speed automatic and a six-speed manual in which both fifth and sixth gears were overdrive. SLP also offered a Firehawk version with an optional exhaust system that bumped up horsepower to 335 hp. Traction control, ABS and dual airbags are standard on all models."

Im fucked for now I guess. Planning on buying a catback sometime this week. Thinking about going to the muffler shop and getting straight 2.5 and a magnaflow muffler. Any other suggestions?
its all in the driver...
im just running mods in list and i have a ran a sunburn WS6 that lives the next road up from me about 10 times from rolls and digs... cars are practically dead even pulls up to 15x on a roll or dig.. i usually will take 3 of 4 runs..

Cracks me up when a little 4 banger with a fart pipe sounding exhaust wants to race my Z06. I don't care if for some odd ball reason I get beat off the line, mid track or whatever and even if I miss a shift and get beat all together. Give the little guy some ego that his little car is superior...

Well, even if it can out trap it. the 06 STI does 0-60 in 4.5 seconds.
and 1/4 mile time in 13.0 seconds flat.
I out trapped that sti by 2 mph on my 2.8, and meth setup. Pre header, downpipe and 2.6. On street tires no less. Im not a Saturn fan boy by no means, i just know it can be done.

^ That means drive as good as me and get my mods and you will be within one tenth of a second...
I would like to point out that the article above was on a 2000 WS6. His friends is a 2001 and even though they are 1 year apart the 2001 is going to be faster because it has an LS6 intake on it. Anyone who knows LS1's will agree with me that a 1998-2000 LS1 will be slower than a 2001-2002 stock. My WS6 6 speed car went 12.90 @ 109 bone stock on street tires and 12.73 @ 110 on BFG DR's. Another thing I would like to point out is before I got my WS6 I had a 1999 Trans Am that made 279rwhp stock and ran 13.6x's compared to my 2002 WS6 that made 312rwhp stock so its a pretty big difference
Most stock LS1 cars run very low 13's , they seem to like the 13.1-13.2 range around here . My brother had a 00/z28 freak that ran 12.98 with intake and exhaust on street tires.

lol that one sounds about right along with the z06 comment. i'd take a z06 though even if it lost, i'd love to get my hands on a vette.
the ws6 and firehawks are not bad cars at all. i didn't know much about em til this summer when i met a friend who loves em, i def respect the cars.
