I have the Megan with ZZP Midlength Headers, 3" downpipe to 2 1/2" exit and high flow cat. The exhaust is very loud with these mods. However, it is not too raspy. I has a deep tone and I receive compliments all of the time.
I spent weeks listening to sound clips over and over. I chose this exhaust and I am very pleased. At 45 years of age it doesn't bother me one bit. The fit will have to be adjusted as there are issues there. The only exhaust I would buy and is much better is the Hahn but it is too big for my stage II. When I go with his turbo kit I will purchase the exhaust also.

Mine is not bad.. No rasp but I am just running the cat back with factory manifold/dp.. fitment required no modification.. It is loud.. and does droan some.. but I do get compliments all of the time as well and i love it
