personally think it sounds crappy but that might have more to do with the way the car is being driven. rev-limiter FTL

personally i think every other manufacturers exhaust sounds pretty crappy on these cars. minus the gmpp. this is the only one i have heard that does'nt sound high pitched and kinda ricey. although i have a heard a few custom setups that sound rly nice
we'll see how things go, its one thing being loud its another being loud and sounding like crap. i heard JBP's 3" cat-back in person w/cat and it wasnt super loud IMO and im pretty picky about the exhaust note.
stock is 2.5 until the rear twist beam axle then its 2.25 to the muffler. but gm figured that by removing restrictions in the exhasut that 2.25 would be the proper size. and with only gmpp mods its just about perfect.
doesn't sound bad though
yeah but pacesetter is **** poor quality, its aluminized steel not stainless, its 2.25, it has a baffeled more restrictive muffler and it really looks bad with a cheap single wall tip and that yellow srtipe. i have seen a few of their cat back exhausts and the quality is quite low (maybe not for the price) the headers arent as bad atleast the flanges are usually 3/8" but you always have to cut up your dp to install. either way i just would'nt buy pacesetter. but to each their own. and before you say anything about the quality of a megan exhaust has anyone every seen their products? they are very high quality my buddy has all megan hot pipes and a turbo back exhaust on his sr20det powered 1990 240sx and its is all very high quality.
