Meth Injection ?'s

i'm looking to pick up a devil's own meth kit and run it with a mp90 SC. just have a few questions as i am new to the whole meth setup. main question is spraying pre and post SC should i just do 1 nozzle at TB spacer and then 1 nozzle in mani or run 2 nozzles in spacer and 1 mani. second, if i was going to try and boost more than 18lbs should i look into getting a BFRS or can i tune to add a lil more meth and increase fuel that way? thanks in advance!

Just get a meth tb spacer from ZZP.. spray 1 nozzle pre blower.. Shouldn't need 2 nozzles, you can always just get a bigger nozzle if need be..

For your other question, depends on other mods, 60s? 80s? E85?

the reason i'm wanna spray 2 nozzles is because i am getting an intake mani that has a port to hook up meth so was gonna spray that and then obviously pre blower so it doesn't over heat

I'm on the 1gal tank.. and I got the AEM kit.. and Melon, you can plug the port.. there's no need to spray before and after blower, but it wouldn't hurt..

if its not gonna hurt then i wouldn't mind sprayig both. saying as the devils own kit comes with 2 nozzles. a 7 and 3 and i was just gonna upgrade to 2 7's but my main concern is pushing over 17.5 lbs of boost can i use the meth as the added fuel or should i add the BFRS

You said you were on 60s, correct? and you'll be running pump gas? With 2 7gph nozzles, you should be just fine.. Boosting over 17.5psi is nbd, it can be tuned around..

Who did you plan on having tuning you?
& you do know the MP90 is not direct bolt on, correct?

i have hp tuners myself but haven't gotten into tuning yet. not sure if i want to get remote tuned or copy a tune from the hp forum and then modify. yes i know its not a direct bolt-on. i bought the intake manifold with it as well that it bolts to so that should be a direct bolt on. yes i'm runnin 60's on 91 pump gas. california seems to have somethin against 93

Looks like you should be good to go then.. As far as tuning, i'd look into having someone remote tune you, or come to you or you go to them.. Talk to 100%METH, I believe he's in Cali somewhere.. Idk if he actually tunes for others, but I know he can.. and he's tuned his own car for an MP90 (I believe).. soo I'd get in touch with him

i'm gonna go with a bigger like 6gal trunk mount tank just so that i don't have to fool around with adding anything under the hood or tapping into windshield washer reservoir. besides i'd rather not turn everything blue. lol

Melon -

What pulley will you be running?

The 3.4" is a 17-18 psi pulley by 7000 rpm.
3.2 - 20-21 psi
3" - 23-24 psi

If you decide to run the 3.4, run a dual 5gph setup, one pre blower and one post blower @ the manifold.

If you need a tune I'd be more than happy to take care of the tuning. I prefer we tune on a dyno, either local to you or the one I've been using for the last 7 dyno sessions, tvs, mp90, m62, etc...
(This way we don't have to deal with traffic and the cops.)

We have methanol available for purchase by the gallon all over. I get it locally for $4.25 a gallon and mix it with distilled water for a 50/50 mixture.
