Meth nozzle help

i have a k&n intake. the nozzle is now falling out of the tube because its a thin soft aluminum tube. anyone weld a bung on one of these yet?

why not use one of the spacer plates that go after the throttle body, makes for easy the nozzle just screws right in

Stu I had the same one... I just used clear flowable silicone on the inside (if you can reach it on mine I could) and on the outside to seal it up!

i like the idea, but not the idea of the silicone becoming dislodged and flying into my blower lol

on my cavalier I used Orings on either side of the pipe from a fuel injector and a screw type injector from coolingmist, it was on a charge pipe and sealed well enough there wasnt any boost loss

Stu... like I said I used mine for 20+k miles never once had an issue took it out several times for cleaning... if you are worried about that then just silicone the outside nothing to fly into blowa

yeah if u weld on a bung and then u can skrew and unskrew at any time without worry... we did this on my Grand national... It was easy once welded but i hate tiggin on thin metal like that so be warry... Or get a pro to do it.

oh trust me, i will be nowhere near the welding equipment. the silicone will be the temporary solution and i will be ordering a bung online.
