We drilled ours out on one of the many setups we did, cant remember anymore.

Jr I personally think the best method is what is done on your car where its tapped at the cuppler.

If you do end up getting a spacer, ya open up the inside of where you screw the nozzle in so its not as shrouded.

Otherwise just get some washers and plumb the nozzles at the cuppler

Yeah you can do it on the sc spacer. But the tb spacer you cant drill it out. Theres not enough room to get the drill in thur

nice. so jr. u just tapped into the rubber coupler that for intake to tb. how hard is that to do and do i need to order any additional parts from rodney? i don't wanna get the tb spacer if its going to be shrouding like that. also any problems with it spraying pre TB like that? i've heard running nitrous that way it could freeze the TB open just wanna make sure that there r no problems like that with the water/meth setup. its not going to build up on TB and prevent it from closing all the way or start to eat away at the TB over time is it. sorry for all the questions just wanna gather as much info before i decide on which route to go

Ive been spraying over 3 years on my Cobalt and 6 Years on the GTO with that nozzle placment with no issues. Your good to go man. And you have to call rodney to get the washers to run them in the coupler like I did.

Folks have ran N2O pre TB for a long time, hell Ive had it for a year. I have a blower spacer plate but I would have to re-drill it to fit the nozzle and I havent been that motivated lately.
