ok, so i think everything is wired correctly but my ais meth kit isnt turning on. could someone explain to me a vacuum line to hook it up to. pictures would be great. the pump doesnt turn on at all though, should it if it isnt hitting boost? im confused. thanks.

 

Check the boost actuater thing (I don't know the technical name). It's the small Allen key screw by the black box at the top of the pump. Adjust it CAREFULLY and see if it'll turn on. I had a similar problem tuning 95cam86roc's AIS meth kit when we installed it. It wasn't properly set to where Rodney said it should be from factory specs.

 

ok thanks. just fyi, im using the vacuum line from the supercharger bpv. is that ok? its the black circle on the supercharger, im using the line that runs from that to the little black box 10 inches from it.

 

ok, well i played with the allen key switch and still nothing. any other ideas guys?

Make sure you have the vacuum hose that runs to the intake manifold. This was my problem. On one of the how-to's on here the pictures are wrong, but later are corrected on the next few pages. Double check that first
