Misfire(Blinking CEL) please help

I was driving and my CEL blinked real quick for like 3 times and then went off and has come back on yet. I know it means the computer saw a misfire. Should i be worried? cuz it hasnt come back and what can i do to fix it?

Did your car actually misfire? Or did the CEL just blink then stay on? I get it randomly and it's usually due to my MAF.

kk go to advanced auto or napa get the ngk copper plugs , get them gapped to 0.32 and replace them with urs, ur prolly gettting the misfire while in wot in 2nd and 3rd, if you keep on doing that the plugs might take a crap damaging the head so don't step on it ! I know from a personal experience of mine...
