better than knock, plugs might be going, just means one or more of your cylinders isn't always firing consistently. i don't think there is any bad side effect other than loss of power and maybe backfire or (afterfiring) in the exhaust.

my interceptor says I get misfires sometimes...about 2 at a time...more when the engine is cold. I tried new plugs... did not help... seems to mis-fire at low rpms...when shifting...at the 1500 to 2500 rpm range... maybe the spark plugs are not gapped correctly for me?? Don't know...stage II with one step colder plugs...stock plugs mis-fired also when stage II was installed...had no gauge before stage II but engine always felt a little rough right from dealership when new...

gap will do it. With misfires when its cold it sounds like it could be a combination of rich afr during open loop and too small of a gap where it doesn't have much are for spark definitely when shifting. Also, aftermarket CAI may even effect a misfire due to change in MAF reading or bad connections and AFR delivery. There are a lot more things that effect it, but those are probably the two most common and easy things to fix.
When gapping plugs its always good to start out large and go smaller after testing, stock should probably be .040 or even up to .045, mine were set smaller than that at about .038, but it depends on the car and driving conditions mainly.

Yes, there is a nice torque increase all across the powerband... Thing is hard as hell to drive though... Touchy as all get out in 1st and 2nd gear. 1st gear is almost unuseable...
People have said before about an 11 ft-lb torque increase all over the powerband and some more for peak. Makes the car "feel" a good bit faster... For the deal I got on the LS4 TB and the RAW 3" CAI, it was a no brainer for me...
