actually there needs to be a load on the engine for it to boost, try revving your motor and see what happens for it to sta at boost it wont it'll go into vaccum

Now my psi wont go above 10.
Thats after driving 1200 miles today. Im in the midst of trecking across the country from san diego to augusta georgia with my wife
But what gets me, before i took it in for transmission service, ive never seen the boost go past 10.

And it was about 65-70 degrees when i saw it hit 12.5

And this morning before my drive it was maybe 60 degrees, the boost wouldnt go past 10..
So om not sure if there is something wrong?? Or what..

And i dont have any mods yet, its bone stock

actually your still wrong the computer wont let it through the boost bypass solenoid with the bypass mod you can get some boost in a free rev the reason why you dont see much boost that way is it takes a few seconds to pressurize the lower intake manifold

I am correct sir. And heres the fact. Supercharger is belt driven. The only way to keep boost is if it has a load. Sit there with the car not in gear, rev that car up at a steady rpm and you wont get boost, the only way you will is if you smash it and then it might get say 1-10 psi, but then itll fall right back into vaccum. So in order for the ss sc to make a constant boost it needs a load. I hope that sounds better.

it'll make boost, sure but how would you keep it at x rpm without a load at WOT... if you're not at WOT then you're just restricting the air into the blower and it can only compress the air if its there... if the air cant get there then it wont make boost...

The computer does control boost after so much rpm and so forth if you take the bypass off u might create longe boost while in neutral but it will not stay... To the op have u checked compression
