ok so im buying all new motor mounts and tranny mounts..i heard the solid give off to much vibration so if thats so what are the best ones to get that are both good in drivability and performance? thanks

 

i have stage 1 rotated mounts from powell/ottp, and it fixed my wheel hop and i dont have vibrations. Mr powell told me that stage 2 isnt needed untill 400whp or something

ok well on bwoody performance they have a whole engine mount kit for 260 and the tranny mount for like a 100 or something like that so i figured id have to ask. but ok thanks. now if you have the rotated mounts do you need a torque dampner or anything or are they not necessary?

 

I have had full BWoody mounts for 30,000 miles. There are alot of vibes. The whole dash and steering wheel vibrates with the a/c on at idle and when accelerating. When coasting down a mountain road using engine braking i.e no throttle anywhere above 3,000 rpm and you cant even hear yourself talk.

 

You shouldn't need anything else if you get the rotated mounts. I just ordered the Stg1 kit because I'm sick of the vibes of my solid/poly mounts...
