I just put on my zzp header dp combo catless and i think it sounds like **** u kno kinda ricey so im i wanna do something about it in the near future i was looking at the borla cat back exhaust but my dad said just to get flowmaster 44 series muffler cause i wont be able to get ne more hp out of the exhaust and it only $75 is it tru since i got a header and dp wit no cat i wont be able to get ne more hp from exhaust? and if i get the flowmaster muffler would i lose alot of back pressure

 

No.... Dont get a flowmaster..Not for a 4 cylinder, a v-8 yes but not for our car.

 

go with my set up when the whisper resonator is used there is no "rice" sound at all before the wisp it was worse than a honda with no exh... its in the sig

yeah do not get flomaster ive been there done that... its all about the resonator dude

 

ps. did you feel any gains when you put the header and downpipe on ur car???

 

uhh feel no but the scan force gauge said i gained 18hp but that was the full system header and all i didnt do a piece at a time oh thats 18 fwhp not whp

 

first a resonator will kill some hp right? and second is it possible to get some more hp outa my exhaust or sould i just get some kinda muffler to make it sound better

i did a lil but my friend said he could tell a whole bunch.
