Hello guys,

Im looking to buy a new muffler for my car. Was looking at the Apexi N1 Performance muffler or a magnaflow one, or if you guys have any suggestions on what sounds good, let me know.

What are the specs for the inlet and outlet size on the 06 SS/SC? And any other specs I would need to know to purchase the right muffler?

Get a dynomax super turbo muffler. You'll be much happier with it. Get the offset/offset inlet/outlet. If you are still using your stock exhaust piping, then get a 2.5 inch inlet/outlet.

you can get the shortest super turbo they make, 14" body.

 

I was thinking of getting a new muffler for a better sound. With the stock exhaust can I expect a deeper tone or better sound atleast louder than stock

 

I have a apexi ws2. Sounds great at idle but a beastly sound when getting on it.

 

I have a Magnaflow off the CTI catback I could sell ya. On the car for only a few months.
