I made more TQ on GMSII with only a H/e for cooling mods and I dyno'd in august in FL.

Perhaps your IC pump is dying?

He only has a h.e with a 2.6 and no fans blowing on his . H.e along with heatsoak

Brand new IC pump. I also checked it shortly after my pulls it seemed to be functioning properly.

What James said below was the issue. Going to toss some meth and a single pass at her this winter most likely.
