I deploy in 3 days to Afghanistan and I wanted to do a turbo swap and everyone kept saying different ways to go through with it so I went with one that I thought would work out for what I wanted. Here is the list so far:
Hahn stg V Turbocraft kit for SS/SC
NOS Intercooler Nitrious spraybar kit
Stainless Brake line/Brake pads
Slotted rotors
Vibrant Exhaust system
Driveshaft shop lvl 2 axles
Exedy stg 3 clutch
Motor mounts,lowering kit,odds and ends that I can do easily when I get back and not pay a shop to do.
With all the parts and installation done at National Speed the cost has come to $13,663. Now thats more money that I originally wanted to put into the build but the car is a 05 and needs alot of stuff replaced so I had no choice but to add in alittle extra stuff..Im just wanting some info on what else I would need and some helpfull tips all together. Please no bashing I only have 3 days left and im leaving the car in storage and midway through the deployment its being sent to shop so any helpfull info would be nice because im trying my best to do it right.

a 60-1 or GT3076 turbo and tubular manifold from Vulcan
Ebay an intercooler and piping
Getting all that for about 2500 or so
Get a custom downpipe bent up
Gauges: Wideband, boost, and EGT
**** for that much you could do a full motor build, internals, and head work... turbo parts, and what not.
But whatver you want to do man

Tuner wise, yes I agree which is why after NSI tunes it im going to test everything out and save more money for the engine build which will allow for a bigger turbo then I want 1badblueberry to tune it since hes the closest guy near me or I guess I could take a little trip to Area51.
I think the hyper single would be plenty for your 400whp or so build. Considering what that HAHN kit on Hahns dyno made 440 and like 300tq... the hyper single is good for more torque than that.

Hey man, sorry I didn't get a hold of you when I was there last week. I had zero free time the whole friggin week. Longest week of my life out there. Good luck in Afghan though, keep safe.

Kinda back on topic, The intercooler spray kit....I actually like it but is it able to do what I expect it to do or am I going to have to do something else like meth?
