My OTTP stage2 install
Now that I got all my parts in I figured I would throw up a few pictures from todays progress. I'm installing the OTTP stage 2, Stage 1 h/e, injen intake, bad mab header, zzp downpipe, zzp dual pass and option b and 12k HID in the headlight and fog lights. Today I got it all torn down, got the dual pass in, otion b in(waiting on brackets that weren't in the box) mounted the h/e and did most of the plumbing. Trying to fit all that hose in under the supercharger is a pain in the a**. I also got the pulley off before I call it a night.
Now for the important question....how do I get the pulley on and which direction does the pulley adapter go?? One side has a small lip, which goes towards the supercharger? I wish these things came with some sort of directions or guidance!! But for my first ever major tear down I think it has gone ok so far. Now for a few pictures!!

Should have done a turbo kit right, or bought a TC right... nahh. 300 is a long shot, just #'s I would like to se one day. Any advice on how to get that pulley on??
Not even. Should have gone OTTP stage 3 haha. I'm a supercharger fan myself. To get the hub for the pulley on it's a press fit. When i installed my OTTP stage 2 i had the tool to put the hub on. It's a pain to press on nice and straight without it. The small end of the hub faces towards the supercharger. Then the pulley bolts onto the hub just as it sits in you're first pic

I will see if they have one at auto zone when I bring back the puller. I just saw a youtube video on how to put one on an m90 which is just like putting one on this. Thanks!!
Heat the hub up. We torched mine before it went on. Then push it on effortlessly lol. figure out where it needs to be before u push it on cus it's has to be aligned properly with the other pulleys. And once it cools and contracts it's a ***** to realign...
with my first m62 that i had i got a bolt that had the same pitch as the inside of the snout and had a big enough washer then just tightened it on there...no problems with the thing! only thing to watch out for is if the bolt breaks good luck getting the rest out of the snout, unless you have a reverse drill set that can get it out

After almost 12 more hours of work minus a few trips to the store I got the plumbing re-routed, pulley adapter on(not fun at all) then I had some more fun putting the pulley on. Got the supercharger painted and back on, plugs in, intake on and everything else back on and got it started. Tomorrow I might tackle the header and downpipe but for now i'm beyond exhausted. Ohh and I found out that the pulley tensioner is no good and doesn't adust...good thing the belt is tight where its at. Didn't have much time to take pictures today so I have 1 with the motor back together and a side shot but who knows how good it is, too tired to even look at it yet. Ohh and I put the ingals damper on too...

I used the wrinkle black paint, was gunna do the valve cover too but we had like 60mph winds so even that was hard. I have black and red but I figured all the honda guys do their valve covers red so why not black. A guy I talked to said $65 to powdercoat the valve cover but I think i'm just gunna paint it.

So i know that black nipple goes in the line coming off the top of the old heat exchanger...I had it both directions and it still fils with fluid when the car is on. I thought that was supposed to prevent that??
if your talking about the option b you should have a little bit of fluid coming out...the reducer is just supposed to obviously reduce the fluid coming out. it bleeds really good!

ohh ok, yeah it was a small stream flowing in. Bled out in about 3 minutes just idling, i'm sure there will be more once I drive it. Went through a gallon so far and only spilled a really small amount but now leakes yet although I will have to replace the line going from the tank eventually. My dumb ass forgot it was against the belt/pulley and it started to rub. Got too anxious and wanted to start it up.

Yeah, i even took the pulley and the adjuster off and it doesn't budge. I noticed the pulley had gouges in the plastic backing and didn't know why. Once I saw the adjuster didn't move I realised the dealer did that prying the old belt on with a screwdriver....they are getting a call monday or tuesday if they are closed for the holiday, to see hy their tech knew this and didn't fix it. But I got it on, just angled the supercharger, popped the belt on then screwed it all back down.
