I didn't have that option, wife was out with her car and I wouldn't know where to go anyway. I don't live in the most reliable area (right outside ghetto ass DC) and wouldn't trust half the shops around me to do it. I will just get the threads cleaned up at some point since I don't plan on going any smaller I should be fine.
nice bro! idk if i asked already but where did you get that paint i keep lookin for some but with no luck! that looks so sick! makes me want to do mine right now!!!!! been wanting to forever but just haven't.
as far as the pulley luckily i work at a place with a press so i pressed it off and then just used a wrench and a washer with a bolt and threaded it into the snout and got the hub on that way

Its VHT wrinkle paint, you can get it at autozone for about $8 a can. If you want it in red check out ebay. I was going to do red but the can I had was all clogged. I really wanted to get it powdercoated but I don't have another car to drive for a week while it's off. I love how it has that factory look but once you compare it to another cobalt you see how different it is.

I think the hardest part was getting all the hoses to bend the right way without getting flat. But I didnt realize how much room I had until it was all back together. The rest of it was really pretty simple to do, time consuming but easy.

Are you running option b also? Where did you buy it from, they should have a diagram on how to hook up hoses then and just go to a hardware store and get a few feet of 3/4" black heater hose, some clamps and 3 t-fittings.
Vulcan Turbo, LLC -- Welcome -- is the way to go...
It was straight from GM and it didn't come with any extra stuff.. Unfortunately. And i don't have Option B for it.
If only they had a hardware store around here. I don't even know where to look. LOL
Stupid Germany.

All done, tuned and dyno'd. Hit 253hp on a base tune and after tweaking it's 262hp (261.8) which makes me extremely happy. Car pulls so nice and I love the sound, I ended up putting on a Magnaflow muffler yesterday to get rid of the raspy crap til I get my corsa in a few months. Looking like Meth eventually and the corsa for hp mods and i'm done. Suspension and wheels will be pretty much the only exterior mods im looking to do. Enjoy the vid!!

I'm thinking about getting the ZZP 3" intake to clean up the idle, I don't like how it jumps around and I think it's because of the Injen...but i'm watching some of the youtube dyno vids and most are in the 240ish hp range and one was on the zzp stage 3 kit. One even had a 2.7 and a full catback, I ran better than that with just a base tune. Don't think I want to change anything and risk loosing power.
I dont think those numbers are attributed to the ZZP CAI, I think its more the canned tune that comes with the ZZP kits that youre finding on youtube. I had the ottp tune and I had an odd idle with 42's so i switched to the zzp canned tune and my idle is perfect but the tune is a bit more sluggish.

My car with a base tune was 253hp, i know the intake wont really change anything. I just want the jumpy idle to go away. Nick said he is coming down to MD soon and will fine tune it for me to see if that gets rid of it.

Here is a total parts list with updates, will have pictures to add to it soon as well as updated dyno numbers. Still working on the overall goal of 300whp, not sure hwere I am now but I have to be real close. Waiting to hear back about a long tube header, possibly doing a built head in the spring/summer. I have put a lot of time, effort and $ into the car and I love it.
