My slow process to a TVS... Couple Questions

I actually have the money for a TVS right now but I'm gonna take my time and make sure I have all of the right supporting mods for a good setup first so I can get the most out of the swap.

I have dual pass/option B, zzp stage 3 HE, and run a 50/50 meth mix so I have the cooling mods for my setup.

Before I purchase the TVS I want to pick up a pair of axles, an upgraded clutch, and rotated mounts so that is what I want to work on first.

I want to eventually run a TVS with a 2.8 and 80lb injectors on a 80/20 meth mix and custom tune

So as for the questions....

Do you think a pair of stage 1 axles will be good enough for a steet tvs (aka don't want to track it a lot but do engage in quite a bit of spirited driving)?

Will the upgraded GMPP Clutch hold for this setup?

Will I need a return style fuel system or will the 80's suffice?

And I have a CA header, 3'' downpipe, and 2.5'' GMPP exhaust right now but might replace the exhaust with a 3'' but will it really make that much difference?

im still on stock axles....

GMPP clutch would be fantastic, again im still on stock

60s with meth will even run a 2.8, 80s will be fine with no return

If you runnning that much boost get all 3inch and some type of longer primary header

Very good clutch as it turned out. I think its made by Sachs who also made the excellent dampers on this car

GMPP clutch is a SAAB 2.8t clutch with LNF pressure plate. OEM parts are always ftw in my book.

I just bought a tvs and decided to cancel the order with zzp for a turbo swap instead.

Picked up the EFR 6758 with both custom manis from ttr at a 200 difference.

If you push the tvs past the stock pulley you will need 80's and the return for fuel from what i read.

On gasoline you wont reach the point of needing a return style system with the TVS

I told ZZP i track my car a good amount. They suggested Stage 3 over 1 for me when i was a fully bolted M62 on slicks.

Thats what I was hoping... can anyone confirm this? Ill pick it up if my car is dying for fuel.

Wish there was more E-85 here because I would be all over that but I only have one station in about a 20 mile radius. Sucks.

How are the stock parts holding up? Is the clutch slipping at all?

Good to hear. By the way, are you coming to the dyno/tune day next sat?

And I know I'll be looking for a tuner for my setup once I pick up all of the parts and I know you and Marc can tune so I might be hitting you up if you don't mind!
