Thumbs up Nate's 2.93 Pulley FTW

I installed my Nate's Smoothflow Pulley. It only took 20 min. Whoever said it was hard was wrong, nothing to this.

I will tell you this:

1. Nate shipped it to me right away I ordered Friday 5 p.m. I got the pulley Tuesday 10 a.m.

2. Installation is very easy, don't let that hold you back.

3. I noticed a difference with the 2.93. It is a lot more peppy. Whine quicker at lower RPM's.

4. I LOVE how the supercharger sounds, the whine is that much better. I don't think I will drive with my window up ever again.

5. I highly recommend this for all stage 2. Very inexpensive mod, and for $50 you won't regret it.

Great Product, I don't see how there could be a better pulley!

Smoothflow FTW

I had a thread opened before about the safety of a 2.9. Many people said yeah yeah yeah run it all day like a rape dog, others said not safe at all, sooner or later you will blow a cylinder.

Well, after speculating for awhile, I decided 2.93 because if no known person has had problems with a 2.9, I should be a little more safe with a 2.93... right? Also, how many people can say they gotta 2.93? I can. Haha. I guess mainly its just a mental thing telling myself, well I'm a little better off than those 2.9 guys.

you are talking about a difference of .03. Grab a pair of dial calipers and measure that out. Its like NOTHING.

i am in less than a week will be 50wet shot + 2.8 + gmstg2 + $20 dolla filter on the stock airbox and cx h/e. and i will run that bitch hard and keep posting up video's once it is done and once nothing bad happens to that prove if u just have stage2 u can put on a 2.8 and nothing should go wrong.
but such a small pulley on stock exhaust like you have will show excessive amounts of knock

Your right, installing the pulley is easy. Getting the old SOB Stage 2 pulley off is the hard part!! Gotta love Nates pullies though, he does a kick ass job!

That's just not the case.

Though I do have stainless header/downpipe w/cat so I don't count.

You can go down to 2.79 (apparently zzp) without problems...but 2.7 is kind of dicey.
