Pic's look normal to me. It sounds like the gauge might be faulty. Go to this link http://aeroforcetech.com/forum/ and ask for help on there. The only problem with that is that Todd will not help you until tomorrow but at least he will be able to tell you how to fix the problem or what is wrong. Worse comes to worse you have to send the gauge to them to get reprogrammed.

Did you check that fuse. If it is not getting power or data, it might be a bad OBD port. Like I said earlier, it is the fuse connected to your cigarette lighter outler / 12V source outlet.

make sure all your wires are connected good in the back dont take much for them to fall out or come out

Yea, the Boost gauge provides more than enough power for it. And if not.. The OBD port provides additional power.

No problem. Make sure that you create an account so that Todd can get back to you. It really sounds like a problem with the gauge but we'll see what Todd says about it.

I bought used duals and they worked fine. Recently I sent them in to get reprogrammed so they work seperately and Todd helped me a lot with my questions.

I got them reprogrammed so that they would work as seperate units. For 2 single cords and both reprogrammings it was $80 shipped. If you need to reprogram the gauge it shouldn't cost more than $35 + shipping cost.

Did you try to push both buttons at once and see if the menu comes up?

Yes as long as they are roughly the same style. If you are interested I do have a spare dual interceptor cord laying around.

tapping into the boost gauge won't work, run a wire from the fuse block for ignition.

Tapping the boost gauge is fine and has worked not only for me but everyone else on here. I'm been doing it for almost 6 months now.
