Get some Dex Cool for the coolant, 6 quarts of oil of your choice, and some engine assembly lube if your putting things back together.

Oh ****, you did a big teardown! Get 6 quarts of regular break in motor oil (not synthetic for the first time), a big bottle of DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid (whatever's on the cap since I forgot), one bottle of GM supercharger oil, some Melling engine assembly lube, 2 quarts of Royal Purple Max Gear 75W-90 transmission fluid, and you should be set my friend.

I've heard that's a bad move... there are special chemicals in the GM s/c oil... i think its worth the couple extra bucks do it right? a member stated this could damage the super charger in the long run.

No one mentioned Loctite and Neverseize. There's several types you'll want. One is thread sealer (567) for bolts that you don't want fluids to leak in or out of. Thread locker (red 277) is for bolts you don't want coming out . and Last one is flange sealer (510) for like the valve cover. Also threebond 1280B-GM liquid gasket sealer for the oil pan. CMD high pressure lube for bolts that require critical proper torquing like head studs. Hope these help. Also maybe even some spark plug grease for that last bit of spit shine.
