Need expierenced advice or just anyones input please!
Ok so the deal is I have an 07 SS sc stock and I want to get a zzp stage 2 set up with 42# injectors and a 2.9 pulley. Would it be alright if i got this setup with out a h/e until like a month or so? Im a little tight on money but i'd be even tighter if i screwed up something. I mean I would rape the **** out of it every day but I might get on it every once in a while. and it is my DD.
Input and advice is needed alot! thanks.

Well first off I would look into OTTP's Stage 2 kit! It is personal choice, but make sure you have considered all of your options. Yes, you would be fine without a H/E for a month as long as you not bagging the car to its limits time and time again. If you have an interceptor gauge keep an eye on your IAT2 and as long as they are reasonable your golden.
Ya I think I might go that route. I've heard ottp has better customer service and a better tune and also 10 more hp? I want to have a conservative daily drive yet quicker than just gm's stage 2. I just have a boost gauge, no interceptor or anything. So what H/E would you reccomend? I was thinking about the zzp s3? ottp seems to be out of stock or something. And would i need to get everything retuned? because i'm just going to get the pretuned pcm from ottp. Thanks alot for the help
honestly i wouldnt waste my time with 42's. im sure some used 60's are floatin around here still for 100 bux with harness. i dont wanna take business away from ZZP (my fav supplier lol) but theres enough "used" parts on this site to build a "Stage" kit for cheaper if you are on a budget.
Bro I've dealt with zzp I have almost every sing sc part known to man from them greatest customer service ever great people. Ottp I have seen there customer service and I hate it. I bought I ic pump from them last Friday and I had it 2 day air so I'd have it by Monday or Tuesday. Well nothing I give them a call and they say we r out there on back order. I call gm they have one in stock so I call back and they say it'll takes 1-2 weeks for your money to get back to the paypal. On there site it listed they had them in stock. Zzp always pulls more weight for there customer. So I say zzp system but a custom tune via hptuners. I'd go 2.8 if not built, 60z with harness, s3 h.e, larger tensioner pulley dual pass stage two belt intnake and exaust.. If you have enough money u could just go with
I think there last stage kit... I think it is 3 and not get there tune or computer an just have ure computer tuned. Hope I helped

well I started out looking at the setup and then was looking at a ottp stage 2 which has 60# injectors. I also would have mine tuned but i live out in the middle of no where in a town with like 2,000 people. And I don't think i could make it to kansas city which is an hour away to have my car tuned... Idk but i've delt with neither ottp or zzp i just talked to a guy on you tube and he just got the ottp stage 2 and told me this...but thanks everyone... all help and advice is great.
I've tuned tones of Balts and I always tell my customers to get there stuff from zzp. One main reason why is alot of people have seen there bad customer service and bad shipping results. My buddy had ordered a exaust cat back head down pipe and he didn't get it for more then two months. They said they were backordered but still if they were to get it from a vendor I could almost understand 3 weeks but not more them two months. Hope all goes well bro. Zzp's tune is a reliable safe tune but yet ups' ure power pretty nicely
Ic, well i'm going to call both and see who has everything in stock and who doesn't before I make my decison. And i also think i'll prolly get one sooner or later just to be on the safe side. But if i do, I can just install it? or will i have to get my car tuned right afterwards?
