k sounds good thanks for the advise.... i already have 60's on the way there should be here tomorow.... all i have to do now is figure out why my gauge isnt working???? do you think i ruined the sensor because of it being so rich? i only used it for one day....

How was the sensor positioned? Also, did you gauge have its own power source? When you get the 60's, you will really need to get tuned!

the sensor i just through in the o2 bung and old way, and i had my power from my boost gauge but tommorow im gunna wire it to my fuse box instead to see if that will make a diff.... do you think it will???? ya im getting a tune asap!!

the factory tunes put our afr's in the 10s to begin with. add meth, and watch it plummet. you didnt fry your sensor after one day. its all good.

ok weel im gettin a tune wedsday anyway with 60's and i figured out what was wrong with the gauge so im good to go now.... i think

Yes indeed I agree with this. It's blatantly obvious, and doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. What I am saying is that if you have a good tune dialed in, and then you add a small shot of meth (say M3 jet) it will lower you A/F ratios by about .5. This would bring the car down to 11.3-11.4 which is not that bad anyhow. Plus, the cooling factor and added octane will help make up the difference a bit. The beauty of it being tuned is that you can add some more timing and yank out more power. I know how to tune, and I'm oblivious to that. My car hasn't run as long as it has for no reason at all. I have my car setup to get more power, but if the meth ran out it would still be good to go. I mainly use mine to surpess detonation and keep the supercharger consistantly cold for pull after pull.


Glad to hear you worked out the WB issue, and that you are getting tuned. You'll notice a nice difference.

i had an aem wideband. at WOT it read 10.0 and i was like oh ****! im running hella rich. but when i got my new wideband it read 11.6. then i was like oh ****! my sensor was fucked up. you might have a bad sensor dude. and put your check valve as close to your spray nozzle as possible
