Need Valves...Thoughts? Options?

Ok, so I just got a fone call telling me that I have a few bent valves in my head.

An entire set of stock valves is $632 from GMPD...OUCH!

Supertech valves from OTTP are $340.

What do I do?

Anybody using the ST's?

Used stockers maybe?

Nothing wrong with supertech, but the stock valves are pretty high quality stuff.

We do not make these in house, they are made by a large valve manufacture. machined specs are equal or better than OEM.

As stated we have sold them for years, as long as the ecotec has been out in the states, and never one issue of any kind. Price is lower as we went right to the manufacture.

I don't think it will be close to anything like that... but Like I said I am not disagreeing with you at all if I had the money I would have gotten a better set. but like I said I drive my car hard and I like to push it to its limits "wife doesn't like it" but that is how I am if they don't last I will let you know

I went with oversized ferreas recently. +1mm. Really not that expensive for the flow gain and the insurance I'll get with them.

stick with GM?
http://www.allecotec.com/product_inf...roducts_id=120
little head work is needed to make them fit since they're slightly larger than stock

They use inconel in high end weapons suppressors and compensators and it holds up very nice to those high temps, so I'd say it should work pretty good in valves.
