new exhaust???

as of now i am running a full 2 1/2" exhaust with intimidator muffler but have the 3" downpipe w/ 3" hiflow cat, but monday i am thinking about running a full 3" exhaust on it with my new hks muffler....i've had a full 3" on it before and after having it done, for some reason i was loosing power, and i thought that was y so i took it off and went back to 2 1/2" but as soon as i did it was still loosing power and come to find out my filter was off my intake and wasn't letting it run right..lol all i had then was the cai, plugs and exhaust.. my current mods right now are:

zzp header
3"downpipe w/3" hi flow cat
2 1/2" pipe intimidator muffler
injen cai
ngk irdium plugs
stage 2 kit w/2.79"pulley
jbp control arm bushings
dual torque braces
spec stage 3 clutch
i've got nexxn 3000 225/40 18" tires on it now

on order is:
torque forward strut bar and rear support bar

do u think it would be alright to run a 3" exhaust?? i know some ppl may say its a waste, but i've got all the pipe and everything to do it with so really i ain't paying for nuttin but the hks muffler..thanks

It will lower the boost a little bit though. Have you done a pulley upgrade yet?
