I am either thinking of going with this and gettin one custom made or getting a megan cat-back exhaust, just cause its hella cheap.

I'd say definately keep a resonator, maybe even 2 if needed. rasp=bad.

 

Yea but that says the inlet/outlet of teh muffler is only 2.25 in and he said he wants to go with a 2.5 in system.

Maybe try a muffler with two resonators. Should sound nice!! Good luck with your setup, its hard to recommend exhaust to people because everyone has a different taste in sound.

 

I have a 3" right now with a Vibrant 3" high flow cat., Magnaflow reasonator and muffler.
it sound really really deep, but it's laud as hell too. I'm going to add a second reasonator, should to enough to dampen the volume.
