ok, so i have been putting together a plann for my SS/SC...so far this is what i want to do:

GMPP Stg 2
Corsa Touring
GMPP Header
XTC DP W/ Cat
Duall Pass Plate
CA Cross / Slotted Rotors

UPDATE:
scratch the GMPP header and XTC DP...i think im gonna go with a ZZP Header & DP setup

...what do you guys think??? ...or would you add / remove something??

...and what kind of numbers do you think i would have with those mods?? (i already have an injen CAI..so that helps)

Don't get the gm header, its a waste of money. Go aftermarket and get a header downpipe combo

Zzp has a pretty nice setup, im still looking into the header downpipe right now but I work for chevy and that header is not worth the money. You really won't get much out of it.

Haha I feel ya man, all I have done is airbox mod and custom exhaust. Im going to try and get new injectors soon and custom tune from a guy I know so hopefully that will come soon and do the job for a little, but I've only had the car not even 3 months lol

Ya, this is my first car im actually modding so im pretty excited about all of it, and I don't really care for warranty because I work at a chevy dealership and they already said they will install almost anything and keep my warranty, because they have to prove that the aftermarket parts caused the damage, plus they said they would change stuff out and have me take it somewhere else lol so im pretty lucky I guess

Actually since u dont care about warrenty, get a stage 1 buy a 2.9 " pulley, buy the stage 2 belt from parts. That is what I am doing right now. already have the stage 1. but u will save like $100.00 going this way

wont adding a smaller pully require me to tune, thus voiding my oh so important warranty? lol

Hey smoked jenson, what did stage 1 do for you? And also u have a 3.2 pulley, what's the stock and if I wanted to run a slighty smaller pulley what all do I need to change out?

they say 2.9 is safe with the gm tune. but I work at a dealer also. and have crunched #'s to make sure this would be beneficial.

But this iswhat i have decided what im doing in order.
stage 1 (done)
2.9 pulley (have 3.2 now)
racing stripes or lowering springs. (Can't decide)
projector headlights
gmpp catback
header & dp combo.

i might change it up depending on the money situation at the time. But they will warranty alot of stuff with aftermarket mods on there. but just want to make sure

for 5 k you can buy your own hptuner's(get the pro one for loggin ability). and a few different size pulley's.. since you want to keep your warrenty go no lower than a 2.9 there have been issue's of people running a 2.5 or a 2.6 or even a 2.7 and having issue's and TRYING to flash it back to stock before they take it in.. but when the dealer look's at ltft(long term fuel trim) they get voided.. i say stick with some 42's and get a 2.85 for race day and a 2.9 for daily driver. and you can still get any header DP combo and any other mod's ya want..

here's a price list for ya
HPT pro new=600+ used=400+
pulley's+puller new=300+ used=250+
stage 2 belt new=50 used=not worth the cash
header/DP new=800+ used= not a good idea to buy used
catback new=500+ used=300+
lowering spring's new=200 used=140+
cross drilled rotor's new=300

the mod list i posted is SICK, and still under 4g's BRAND SPANKIN NEW and there's still a g left to play with if ya get a few used part's and save alittle cash.. you can do a dual endpass with option B and STILL have 500+ getting everything new..

no I was just wondering...I have about 9k miles on mine....I pretty much lost my warranty aleady with my stage 3 install....The tuning wouldn't necessarly mess your warranty up...only because its really easy to switch back to your stock tune...

only if they can prove you tuned it.. if your that worried about it get stage 2 flash at the dealer and do a pulley/injector/belt swap. and IF you want to you can rewrite the stage 2 tune using HPT to fix the AFR's but keep the rest of it( the tune ID as sating GMS2..) your car through the VIN would be tuned from the dealer.. and they can only void your warrenty if a mod you did caused the problem.. talk to YOUR dealer.. **** saturn motorsport's has a race header/DP combo that you can order from ANY saturn dealer.. and GMPP makes an exhaust.
you have many option's..
