So i currently have the 6097 1 step which was replaced by the 4644, still the same plugs, but im tryin to figure out what everybody is gapping there plugs to. I think i have mine gapped to .035 wonder if i should go lower or higher. And yes i am modded and tuned if u need to know that to.

42's, 2.9, 3" exhaust all the way from header back, big bore throttle body, zzp s3 h/e, dualpass endplate. And the tune is Trifecta from Vince himself on teh dyno.

nah it just has a greater chance of spark blow out.... if you are a 2.8 or lower you should be .35 or closer

This.

I think I have mine at .34 but I didn't get around to regapping them after I put the 2.7 on. For your boost level I'd say .34 is good. General rule of thumb is more boost = smaller gap.

So just installed my plugs. I gapped them at .032 and torqued them to 20ft lbs per ngk reccomendations on iron and aluminum block/heads.

Funny thing is i took the old 1 step plugs out and the gap on those were .040 which is stock heat range. I swear i gapped them at .036 last time, so they must of expanded or i just forgot i did them a .040 cuz i didnt read my circle gap tool right.

Anyways the car started smoother, idle awsome, sounds like i have aftermarket cams in my car i think its my magnaflow. I let it idle and looked at my interceptor and no misfires or KR so thats good so far. Guess well see tomorrow when i drive, maybe that explains alil low gas mileage ive had for awhile.
