Not cranking / starting. looking some outside help
This is the story best I can describe it. Car has been down for awhile due to blown piston. I haven't been doing the work on my car at all, a well known and trusted cobalt mechanic has been kind enough to help me. Well, got the new pistons, sleeves, machine work of honing all done. replaced clutch, ToB and resurfaced flywheel. install seems to go fairly flawless considering. All fluids re-filled up. Charged battery, go to crank, nothing moves.. I'm just looking for some possibilities.. Will be checking starter for binding or flywheel for possible misalignment or anything. battery has power for windows roll up/down, fuses all seem to be ok. He says he is unable to hand crank motor.. so that's why think starter or flywheel issue...
used boroscope, valves , pistons seem to be ok, not hitting or bent.
Mods in Sig, please be kind, just looking for some advise, and again, I'm no mechanic myself so talk slowly and clear

Yes the spacer is there and straight. Starter is out, timing is off, balance shafts checked, oil pump checked... all in good working order and not binding. The motor spun before the trans was put in so I am pulling the trans. Trans didn't have any work done so I don't know why it would be binding but I am out of options.
