o2 censor?
Do we need to have the 2nd o2 censor in the dp? I know the ecm reads the first one in the manifold all the time but only the 2nd one every now and then. Do i need to put one in or is it no big deal?

No. The 2nd O2 sensor is only there so the computer can make sure the cat is working right.
