O2 sensor???
O2 sensor???
Ok, so i bought a zzp catless downpipe with an angled o2 bung, but, my problem is that i can't remove the o2 sensor from the stock downpipe, I've tried quite a few things to get it off,but I have had no luck! Unfortunately I've practically stripped it now
so I was wondering if you guys know how much a replacement from gm would cost or if there is a cheaper alternative?

Autozone carries Bosch sensors for around 80 bucks so I'm sure one from gm would cost at least 120. Also, did you try pb blaster and heat on it with an o2 sensor socket. I know they're still a bitch to get out but that houldve done the trick
Yellow,
I am a product specialist with Walker Products, a manufacturer and worldwide distributor of oxygen sensors. It sounds like you may have to get a little creative to remove the old O2. A vice grips may be helpful if there’s room. A large tap and die kit should do the trick if that fails. Regarding replacing the O2, a GM replacement will certainly be expensive. Are we talking about the post cat sensor on a 2.0L? Walker offers a direct fit sensor for this application, part number 250-24354. This sells on Amazon for $46.96.
