in the parts section. I believe someone was selling a from bumper painted black. Suposively(sp?) the dealer got an aftermarket bumper when my car was wrecked. It looks the same to me.

New OEM parts = $$$$$$

www.gmpartsdirect.com is WAY cheaper than the dealer. but, oem is not cheap. you have to buy the bumper, then the lip, then all the parts to hold it together. it will have everything listed when you look in the catalog.

the lower deflector is the lip. so if you need the lip also, yes you need that part. if your lip is fine and re-usable, just get the cover.

I need to get the lower deflector myself one of these days. Part # 14.

I just checked it out on parts dirrect and it would cost just the same to get it here at the dealer vs ordering it from them once you take into account shipping and handling.

bummer...
