This would be a great post to update. I think after I install my upper mount a header may be my next purchase. So fare I am leaning to the Pacesetter.

Anyone have dyno numbers on this? For 200 it's a steal! I want to know about fitment for the LSJ, how loud is that bad boy *I want my car to sound cool but not be abrasive or a cop magnet*

Otherwise I am going with GMPP Manifold if we don't have info on the Cobalt Addiction header.

The only bad thing about the hahn that I have heard is that one of the primaries is too big and its hard to tighten down the bolt closest to said primary.

I only have the butt dyno for you but I can tell you it makes a huge difference top end. It fits well and works well.

There is a pic of it installed in my garage.

Does that thing bolt directly up or do you have to change anything else? I wish it was ceramic coated though

It bolts right up. Getting the stock manifold off was a blast but the header was cake.

NO B.S. from the horses mouth SCdyne PM to me:

New headers will be available in April 2007. I'm not going to offer any until the following items are completed:
1. I have at least 50 in stock - in my possession.
2. The CARB EO number is issued.
3. An Independant dyno proves the header DOES make 15% increase in an LSJ.

They are the same overall design, but with a few updates for better fit and finish. After spending 6 months being turned down by almost every major header company because the collector was too complex, I found a company to build them to my design. They are now being manufactured by an exhaust company that has a 99% delivery rate over the last 5 years. The cost to manufacture them is now 2 times that of the HS/RGS crap, but the quality is about 5 times better. This company does a lot of GM private lable exhaust products and have no issues with my volume or quality demands.

- all 304 stainless steel
- bright polished finish
- 1.75" primaries - 16 gauge material
- 3/8" flanges
- 2.5" exhaust collector
- Includes gaskets
- Includes exhaust studs
- Includes Instructions
- includes CARB EO number

Retail price: $499.00
