ALL LSJ's ARE THE SAME!!!
I only said maybe l61 because I knew there were a few differences... Frankly I haven't paid much attention to anything but the lsj motor and le5/lnf blocks.

If that's the case you would have much bigger problems to worry about lol

Is your fuel system completely stock?

Mainly cooling purposes. In that case you can just run straight distilled water. Some people use meth with E85 as a bandaid to give them more fuel up top if they dont have the fuel system to support it.

I tried straight h2o and it bogged just a hair at low rpm when it kicked in, like at 3k. Running a 20% mix (washer fluid) cured that.
I run it for blower cooling and the boost gain. Too many ppl discount the effect of the w/m tightening up the rotor-case tolerance. I gained 1-1.5 psi midrange spraying 7gph.

I think the water attomizes and uses the heat from the blower to do this. Correct me if Im wrong...

Good info Alan. I considered running 3gph or something small of distilled water, but I don't think it would do much for IAT's since before E85 my old 50/50 mix through a 5gph barely made any difference in intake temps.

Yes I would discount that statement. I would suspect that the meth mix is doing sfa to the "rotor-case tolerance" I would suggest you are making more power and the back pressure is increasing with the stock exhaust port as you make that power, and the pressure increases.

Think about it.

Actually John water/meth does tighten up up the rotor tolerences because it doesn't compress and creates more boost.

No. But you will need to measure the sleeves to make sure they are straight. If not, you will need to bore them.

show me the data. looks good on paper. I am not seeing it. maybe I ask eaton. and ps, the water meth erodes the coating on the rotors. that much i have seen over and over.

I'm sure 100%METH or Euthanasia will chime in with the data you are wanting.

As for the coating coming off due to meth, here's some informative info
