John that's why I didn't hesitate to go turbo. The tvs def feels like a turbo does, that is unless you're leaving from 7200 like I was. even then when I leave that high on the 6262 lag won't be an issue. And lets face it whenever you're racing someone you're always above 4,000 rpms so the only time ill complain about lag is when ? Daily driving her lol nah

I figure you would need a built motor and id1000's and ported head just to run a 2.4"

when people get over the fact you don't need the ls4 tb to make 400whp. is the day you will realize you're stupid.

Bryan, you know I respect you, but why do you hate the ls4 so much when jr and flit showed dyno proof of a 12whp gain with no other changes? Every little bit counts.
Yes it takes time to get it tuned to where it drives almost like the stocker, but it CAN be done. The only issues I have with it yet is getting it to idle below 1k with the id1000's...

Yeah. I also have the tables from Paul yaw from. ID.
Bryan's tables made no change. I know of 3 cars that had idle shoot up when switched to id1k's. infra got his to come down by raising the scalar. Tennpenn and I are on the ls4 though and that didn't help. I've been messing with it for months.
I have desired mm at 50, base idle timing at 5, and a very aggressive over speed table, and it still idles at 1050-1100. Even if commanded is 500. The idle override in hpt scanner doesn't even work.

I have tried EVERY leak test I can. Even a 15psi leak test. Sprayed soap water everywhere. Even under the car.
