well my buddy has a couple cracked m62 cases...thanks ZZP...******
and I was looking at the bearings and they look REALLY close to what I remember the tvs has

I just need to make sure that ***** gonna work, cause this turd is currently the DD and its gonna have to be the fastest blower rebuild in history

changing Harrop needle bearings is not for the faint hearted. I see bad things happening if you try Verbatim. Make sure its not something else like a broken tensioner guide.

Oh I've been thru the timing and delt with shot case bearings john...personally, I'd rather have motor issues instead of blower issues.

Any different m62->TVS when it comes to rebuild?
I've looked at the m62 case I got; I'm thinking a pilot bearing puller that screws into slide hammer; screw piece of allthread in there and have a plate where snout bolts to, that the allthread goes thru the plate and basically use a nut to pull the bearings out

...if you can smell what I'm stepping in.

i have new slide pullers for this purpose. gotta heat the case to get them out, I dont like it. Harrop fix mine

eh couldn't sit by any longer. Damn people pushing me to work on the car again.
more stuff in the works and details once we are finished.
Great results though so far, just need to reroute some hoses as I screwed up and have it flowing through the he's in the wrong order (drinking while doing detail work is a no no lol)
might be tossing advise's tvs with a 2.7 pulley on this week or next.

I have 6 pistons and rods being shipped to me this week. lol. I found some!

now I have 9 of them....

Time to balance them and see what happens
