also, there is no smoke at idle, but there is a little bit when I give it gas. The car was not fully warmed up when I did this though so I don't know if that could do anything.

and rings wouldn't make for oil outside of the engine would it?

there is a gasket were the valve cover meets the head around the spark plug and if your worried about the damage from the piece of spark plug missing runa compression check

Will do, but where would the oil be coming from exactly if it wer valve cover gasket?

I did the compression test and have a feeling that it's not good
180 210 210 180

what does this mean exactly?

ur cylnder pressure is fine

ur valve cover gasket is 5 sep pieces 4 of them seal around the center were the coil pack are so if one of the center gaskets is leaking oil can make its way down around the plug and the last piece seals around the outside rail
one reason i recomended the comp test is excessive crank case presure can cause a balancer seal to leak
look from the top down to find ur leak

so would this cause oil in both cylinders 1 and 4? because I have it in both. it was on the plug as well in #1
