oil on my 1st and 4th sparkplug

I was going to work the yesterday and I was accelerating onto i65 and the Cleanbalt starting acting crazy and shaking and sounded louder and more like a old 80s truck. Couldn't rev match when I downshifted. And the check engine light started flashing at my face. I was like FML. Went to aUtozone to get a scan. Said I was misfiring and my oxygen sensor went bad after the cat. Went home checked my plugs and found fresh clean oil all over the sparkplugs 1 and 4.

My buddy said I'm done. So I'm gonna need some parts. Any idea what it might be? Piston rings or cracked sleeves right. At least I have a good reason to rebuild my engine.

Was oil on the top of the plugs, or on the bottom (electrode)

if it was on top... you just need a valve cover gasket..

Oil was on The electrode.

What kind of pistons should I get? I want more power and better support for a future Turbo upgrade and. Should I bother to upgrade my valvetrain now too?

Any opinion of where I should order my parts from?

have you done a compression test or leakdown?

you dont need rods, you like crack a sleeve before throwing a rod, before buying all these parts I would pull the engine apart and make sure the damage isnt worse then you think

Engine is apart and rings are destroyed. Ordered new diamond pistons with teflex side coating rings and get a light port jobon my head. Will I be able to drive my car safely without a tune. Pistons are the same size and compression.

bad tune is likely what caused the rings to go. especially at 11psi in 5th gear is alot of boost for 5th gear unless you were doin like 90 already...

Retune before driving it again after build.

60k. Tuned by wicked. It had been acting weird on me for a month or two.

My mechanic didn't mention any scoring on my sleeves.
