So I ordered the ZZP Longtube header (Catted) and the ZZP 2.5" exhaust. It's coming to my house tomorrow and im having my dad have it put on so its ready for me when I get home on the 25th. Early birthday present to myself after a long summer of training. Ill give you all a review once I use it enough. Im excited!
Should sound ******* sick..
im running a zzp longtube header, catless dp, zzp 3" exhaust.
mine is loud as hell.
but urs should sound amazing..
i noticed a difference from the first turn of the key...the car ran alot smoother..

i'd say its because they can't remove the stock system without cutting it. also getting at the header bolts is kinda tricky. id say tell 'em to cut thse stock system right before the muffler and that they have to put the new header in through the top

YOu probably have an older system. We have changed mufflers, and change resonators twice. Email me and we can figure it out. The new stuff is too quiet for some people.
It is about a year old i'd say. & if I could make mine "too quiet", that'd be perfect. Email Sent. Thank you.
You should probably start spraying the bolts that bolt the exhaust manifold to the head and the down pipe bolts, from the manifold and too the cat-back, with some break away or pb blaster that way they are easier to tackle when you go to loosen them.
I have the same exact set-up. It took about 2 hours (forgot the o2 sensor extension pigtail at my house) for me to install the header/downpipe and had a shop do the cat-back since I did not have a lift available to me at the time. This was the first time I installed a header on a 4 cyl fwd drive so it isn't to hard.
