Ordering Intake Today.. Injen or K&N
I'm going to order a CAI for my SS/SC today. I'm wondering which one you guys recomend, the Injen or K&N? I plan on getting the Staged Upgraded when they are avalible too. I'm leaning towards the Injen so far because of the price at Turbotechracing. Any others I should look at?

I'm going to be a little biased here because my friend just installed his K&N not too long ago and let me drive it. It makes the supercharger SCREAM dude. Oh my god it's so freaking loud. He has an 06 cobalt ss/sc and he threw the cel code the first day he had it on but he said that it went off and hasn't seen it yet. He also said that it's easy to install, took him like 35 minutes to do. I can notice some hp increase from my butt dyno not much though

The Injen Intake is $195 + $15 for shipping. No drycharger cover with it though. I don't know the gains or the size of the pipe. Is there anyway to find out?

I don't want to spend that much money on the Fujita. What where the gains on them anyways? Has anyone dyno tested one on the SS/SC yet for themself?

Injen isnt available yet, we have the part numbers in the system, but its not available for another two weeks or so.
If youd like the K&N, we were the first ones with that intake, we released pictures, and dyno results before anyone else, and we have it at $224.99 with free shipping !
Give us a call toll free, we can ship one immediately to you via Fedex !

I think the Fujita has the most potential when you start adding other mods, due to its larger size. I'd got with it. And don't start modding your car if your going to be skimping and buying the cheapest parts. Thats a waste. Save your money and get the best parts when you can.

The Fujita intake would end up costing me around 500 Canadian and the K&N or Injen would cost me about 300 Canadian. I'm definitly not getting the Fujita as much as I'd like to I think I'll wait and see what AEM comes out with in a month and a half.
