Is it safe to say a car with this kit would probably make about 10hp more than an equally equipped car with GM Stage 2? The fact that it comes with 60# injectors is a huge plus.

On the same dyno using the same cf you should see that gain the bigger gain is the more broad tq band.

His redline should be 7k or 7200. I know Josh set my limiter to 7200

You can also select a 7400rpm redline. Is that safe on a stock engine though or would high speed valve springs be recommended?

Would a 7200rpm redline be safe? I would probably still shift at 7000, but it would be nice not to bounce off the limiter if I hit 7001rpms!

i had mine set to 7200 for the same reason so i could shift at 7 and not hit the limiter but its still at 6500 i still have to log and it should be changed when i send it back to ott just waiting for a nice day to do it

Figured i would ask. IDK if you did the flash yourself or you sent the PCM to josh and sean. I remember when the GM stage kist came out and the techs wernt flashing the tunes

If you look at the power band you start loosing hp after 6500. So the only reason you would push it higher the that is to start at a higher RPM in the next gear
