has anybody else had a hard time getting email responses from ottp? I have decided to shop elsewhere. If they are not there before the sale where will they be after the sale?

 

i have had a little trouble with getting pms from them but ive been very happy with there service before. but kind of like you are saying its a little hard to continue buying from them when i have a question on a product and dont get a reply. hopefully they read this thread cause i have quite a few things i need to buy and would like to get from them.

 

nope they are usually very fast to respond. try shooting them another email and a PM here on the forums

 

I tried 4 times @ there site. I think thats enough. I got a response after the 2nd email saying what email. sent 2 more no response. I wanted to drop a grand with them but not gonna now. I work 16 hrs a day I dont have time to chase people to give them my $$$$

 

Why do you need to email them? Questions? They could be answered here.

Also, PM's usually work a lot better. And if they asked, "What email", its obvious they weren't getting your emails. I dunno, maybe its something wrong on your end.

 

PM's always seem to work better. Whenever they are on the site here, just hit them then and they will respond quickly.

 

I just call them, its a alot easier and faster

 

why not put this in there section? might get more of a response......

 

I have not heard from them this past week, I imagine that they had a busy Christmas with family....

 

yeah usually they respond ASAP they must be super busy or busy with fam or anything you never know

 

IMO OTTP has terrible customer service. Semi responsive and terrible at getting my 500+ dollar order out the door. I have better response with TTR and ZZP, they cant afford (especially in this economy) to not give good customer service. There is just too many others that can do it for the same price quicker and better.

 

PM or call.... These guys are swamped everyday, e-mail is so 90's

 

We have recently switched over or email server and are still getting the kinks worked out of it. Please shoot me a pm or feel free to call. If you can not get a response via email chances are we have not recieved one as well.

I've done a few thousand with em, and probably sent through another few through others I've sent to them, never ever ever had a single issue with em

 

I haven't even bought that much stuff from them wideband and HPtuners I think is all, but I've pm'd lsj with a few q's and he is super quick to respond. I was in a pickle with two guys cars apart and needed a quick answer and he was there with the answer I needed and it did him no good to tell me it wasnt helping his business directly.

ive never recieved an email response from them, BUT if you call them they do answer the phone.

 

i had an excellent experience with them when ordering my stage 2 and h/e. always replied to my email within a day. plus they shipped everything in a timely manner. im sure they are not purposely ignoring you. they have great customer service and many can attest to it!

 

Every time I've had questions, a PM was responded to in a matter of minutes. Calling them, works wonders too. They are a great company to deal with.

Every time I PM them I usually get a reply within 10 min. Pretty good considering they probably answer hundreds of PM's a day whilst taking orders and shipping for their business.

 

For my experience its been pm's replied to in a very timely manner. and no problems with my 2 purchases. excellent job OTTP
