All the same to me. I spent $400+ on a rifle and I find that expensive... I'm just asking for people to be understanding. Money is money. Different amounts have different effects on people..

No doubt you gotta "pay to play", but if you are going to spend that much money, wouldn't you want customer service to be acceptional?

Good to see most people have had good service with them. I've only made one purchase from them and my questions were answered and my order placed and confirmed before a two hour ferry ride was over and shipped almost immediately.
No complaints and they'll definately get my business again, I've already referred a few people. Off topic, but A+ on those mounts, thanks OTTP

^^^^

I see it both ways, but to come here crying about not getting an immediate response from e-mails is plain childish. Everyone knows "except the OP" that e-mails aren't going get a quick turnaround.

If he really wanted a quick response a simple PM here or the call, would have most likely got the quick response he was looking for, but he decides to form a thread here semi-bashing a vendor, which I think is a no no.

I understand he has a whack schedule, as do I, but he's there 13hrs not 24. I'm sure in the other 11hrs he could make that call if his order is so important.

People here are giving him **** because he's being a baby. The old saying goes man up or shutup.
Even if your a labor worker, that's what you chose to do. There are dudes here over seas fighting for our rights to bitch & whine on boards like thisand that work 48hr plus shifts, and still find time to mod their cars, and make contact with busy vendors.

Again man up or shut up....

Point taken and agreed... I guess the best way to complain about something you bought is to go to the member feedback thread and leave a review.... Not start a whole thread about it...

**** I worked in a plumbing warehouse unloading trucks of pipe for 7 years before moving into the office, I feel no pain for you my friend.
try unloading a truck of 12" sch 40 pipe in 21' lengths in the middle of the winter on the side of a river..... not fun. nice -20 degree wind chill, slipping on ice and trying not to get crushed.

obviously you aren't getting what i just said.

spending $500 on your car is ALOT different than having $500 stolen from you. do you know why? because spending $500.... you get something back. having $500 stolen means you dont get anything. get it now?

<---this is me beating you with my hammer.
