ottp 3in intake

i have the intake and i have the meth tap in it. it been mounted in my car for a while but the meth tap does not look like it in the right place, so if someone can help me with pic that be great

Forgive the duct tape. My meth is not hooked up yet, and I wasn't sure if something might creep in there...
