OTTP can u explain this???

Had a non local lsj come by to have his his h/e installed by another member. Well middle of the night I get a call to come over bc they need a drill bit.

Thinking these guys r on crack I came over to help out. Well I show up to them installing your stg1 kit w/smoothflow 2.8" pulley and your new h/e...the h/e is the coulprate...the tabs you guys welded on the h/e don't, I repeat do t line up with the factory holes on the impact bar. Your brackets are to spaced out. We had to drill new holes. Which I don't mind. But this was sold as a bolt on kit. Wanting to k ow why you would delibrately place the brackets so far off...they weren't even close to being aligned right.

And another concern. When the h/e arrived it had a bent bracket, it was bent downward....

The fins on the h/e were bent in some places. And ontop of it all you didn't provide us with enough hose to bolt it all on. Well u did, but barely.

I would sugget:
-pakage ur boxes to survive atleast a 5ft fall w/out poduct damage
-include atleast 6ft of hose 3/4" hose
-make sure u were ur brackets in the right place

Pics of bent bracket will b up in a sec. And pics of how ur brackets are line will b posted later tonight when I get off work to take the pics

Ps: I won't give out the members names, but if hey want to chime in they know who they r

actually pyros had to do the same thing to his h/e from ottp. we drilled into the impact bar so we can mount it on their and had to get more hoses to put it together.

people are lazy these days. and most of them don't realize that modding a car. even if it says "direct bolt on" is never direct bolt on.
